1) Prussian Manoeuvres Potsdam Sept. 1788 Translated from the German, 15 pages, plus blanks, 4to, contemporary marbled wrappers, manuscript label to upper cover, c.1797; 2) Allgemeine Grundsätze von Lagern, 2 volumes, 186 and 17 pages, large 8vo and small oblong 4to, stamp of King Ernest Augustus as Duke of Cumberland to first volume, the second volume containing 17 ink-and-watercolour drawings illustrating camps, contemporary half calf, late eighteenth century; 3) Corps-Manöver des Königlich Preussischen Gard-Corps bei Zehlendorf am 27ten September 1838, 9 manuscript and 4 printed pages, various sizes, one lithographed map, cloth folder; 4) G. Wittje, Charakteristik der Festung Rendsburg, 42 pages, folio, one folding hand-coloured map in pen and ink, printed title, nineteenth-century card, after 1848; 5) Grumbrecht, 3 unpaginated manuscript volumes on tactics and weaponry, 4to, contemporary cloth, dated Herrenhausen, Winter 1865/66
