Von der Exercise einzelner Leute und Trupps"], 2 volumes in one, first title inscribed on cover, 7 pages of bugle signals in music notation, five staves per page, with diagrams of troop formations on parade grounds etc, index of chapters to each part, deletions and alterations, 69 and 169 pages, late eighteenth century, spine and joints slightly defective; 2) "Exercice für leichte Infanterie", including "Linien-Excercice" and "Büchsen-Exercice", including calls and instructions for the parade ground and weapon training and handling, 230 pages (210-216 blank), early nineteenth century, 3) "Exercitia für Leichte Infantry", possibly the continuation of item (2) above, manuscript diagram, comprising a later version of item (1), 149 pages, blind-stamped borders
