1) letter in an unidentified hand, mentioning General Bülow, discussing negotiations with the Duke of Mecklenburg, and referring to the recent arrest of Petkum, 1 page, 4to, Hanover, 6 April 1719; 2) Halkett, General Baron Hugh. Autograph draft memorandum to King Ernest Augustus of Hanover regarding a meeting with Prince Radziwill on 19 April 1848, 6 pages, folio, 19 April 1848; with two autograph draft letters to the King and to Radziwill, 4 pages, 1848; 3) Series of 8 scribal letters and one report signed by Oberstlieutnant Rickers, concerning the 2nd Infantry Regiment, 41 pages, folio, Celle, 1856-1857; 4) Rückblicke auf das Heerwesen im Königreich Hannover während des ersten Jahrzehnts der Regierung Sr. Majestät des Königs Georg V, c.593 pages, folio, signed by General-Lieutenant Tschirschnitz, on the title, original half roan folder gilt, Hanover, 24 December 1861; 5) Collection of manuscripts and printed documents from the writing desk of Ernst August II, Crown Prince of Hanover and Duke of Cumberland, in Gmunden, including two copies of an 1865 report on cavalry regiment trials by General Lieutenant Gebser, a number of manuscript and printed items concerning the disposition of forces for field manoeuvres on 22-30 September 1865, a 3-page list of men and horses of the 3. Schwadron Garde-Husaren-Regiment (Verden, 15 August 1865), and 5 bound documents relating to military conduct and tactics, etc., c.300 pages in all, various sizes, some items with blue wrappers, mostly 1865 where dated; 6) Printed Rapport über den Bestand des Garde-Husaren-Regiments am 15ten August 1865, Verden, 1865, 4 pages, with manuscript entries, and 2 other reports for the Hanover garrison, 1854 and 1857; 7) Grütter, M. Erinnerung an Langensalza, c.50 pages, 8vo, nineteenth-century black calf, metal centrepiece to upper cover engraved with royal crown, before December 1885; 8) Königlich Hannoversches Königin Husaren-Regiment. Verzeichnis dejenigen Individuen welche an der Schlacht bei Langensalza am 27. Juni 1866 Theil genommen haben, manuscript, folio, 24 pages, original blue wrappers, dated at the end Lüneburg, 12 April 1867; 9) Album of photographs and postcards relating to the Battle of Langensalza, oblong 8vo, 7 postcards and 17 photographs laid down, manuscript annotations to the photographs, card wrappers, no place or date;  10) Alvensleben-Rusteberg, Major von. Vortrag gehalten am 19 Dezember 1896 zu Göttingen...über: Die Geschichte der hannoverschen Armee, 46 pages, folio, scribal manuscript signed by Alvensleben at the end, also with 5 autograph letters by Alvensleben-Rusteberg to the librarian Buck, and one other, unbound in brown folder, no place or date; and one other item
