September bis 29 September 1865, 27 leaves, 4to, apparently inscribed by the author on the title ("L[.] v[on] S [?]") original blue wrappers, no place or date; 3) Einige Notizen über das Durchschlagen der Könniglich Hannöverschen Truppen aus Menin unter dem Befehl des Generals von Hammerstein, 24 unnumbered pages, 4to, blue card, annotated and signed at the end by Oberst Boedicker, Hamburg, January 1858; 4) Zusammenstellung der gerichtlichen Untersuchungs-Resultate in Betreff der Meuterei zu Frankfurt a M. vom 3ten April 1833, printed report, c.140 pages, 4to, 4 folding diagrams, with a loose paper envelope, marked "Pauline", containing a lock of hair, nineteenth-century blue wrappers, dated at end Frankfurt, 23 April 1834, covers detached; 5) Lotze, Wilhelm. Die Schlachten und Gefechte des siebenjährigen Krieges in der Umbegbung von Münden, apparently autograph, 69 unnumbered pages, 4to, white moiré silk with gilt metal frame, gilt edges, Münden, 1863; 6) Wolfe, General James. Later transcripts of letters written by Wolfe to his parents, Lieutenant-General Edward Wolfe and Henrietta Wolfe, and to his friend Colonel Warde, August 1740 to August 1759, 2 volumes, folio, book-labels on upper covers ("Maj. Genl. Warde"), reversed calf, worn; 7) Petri, Pastor, sermon delivered at camp near Limmer on 25 September 1854, 23 pages, with an autograph letter by Petri, 3 pages, Linden, 30 September 1854 (10)
