Condition

Framed, mounted and glazed Good colour. Some speckles of dirt around edges of linen. Small hole centre of far right edge, near petals of red flower. The central yellow and red banded border containing needlework alphabets, one with double letters, and the central larger letters separated by bands of embroidered flowering trails, and two baskets of flowers flanking script in cream and green thread, 1731, Mis Mary Couchman fnish'd this in twelfth year of her age, all within a four sided delicately embroidered flowering trail, all on a natural linen ground,
