Condition

This work is in fair condition overall. There are some chips to the edges and corners as well as an area of abrasion with a small associated loss in the orange band in the upper right quadrant. There is also a vertical scratch in the upper right quadrant approximately 1 in (25 cm) long. There is a very sheer pale brown film that is mainly visible near the center towards the top edge in streaks. In raking light some transparent pale brown spots of accretion are also visible near the upper left corner. There are tiny specs of house paint scattered on the surface. Other minor wear and tiny accretions can be seen upon close inspection The two panels are detached but should be hung together. Unframed.
