Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is warmer and richer in the original. The catalogue illustration fails to fully convey the three-dimensionality apparent in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There are light handling marks to the white areas of canvas along the edges. There is dust adhering to some of the brushes and paint, and within the some of the crevasses of the brushes and thick impasto. There is a small rub mark on the lower edge towards the tower right hand corner.
