Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is softer in the original with the paper tone tending more towards cream.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. It is hinged in places to the reverse and framed under mount; the paper undulates slightly, most notably to the extreme vertical edges. There are a few minute specs of foxing in places along the left half of the composition, and some very light discolouration to the bottom and right edges of the composition, both of which are visible in the catalogue illustration.
