Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly cooler in the original. The catalogue illustration fails to convey fully the three dimensionality of the wire relief apparent in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is some evidence of light wear around the extreme edges of the work, including a few tiny isolated surface losses and minor abrasions. There is a tiny surface abrasion at the centre of the top margin. A few light handling marks are visible in places to the top and vertical extreme edges. There is a light layer of surface dust adhering throughout and the work may benefit from a light surface clean. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
