The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly warmer and richer in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. Some light discolouration has occurred over time to the polyvinyl strips. There are a few scattered tiny media accretions throughout, notably a small area of pinprick-sized accretions in the top left corner. There is a tiny nick to the edge of a strip adjacent to the top left corner. On close examination there are a few further isolated abrasions and fine surface cracks in places to the painted backboard beneath the strips, notably at the centre and right side of the top half of the relief. The edges of a number of the strips are slightly uneven and a few fine surface dust fibres have accumulated between the strips over time.
