The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the white background tends more to rich cream in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There is some evidence of extremely light wear to each of the four extreme corner tips. There is an extremely fine network of craquelure to the red pigment of the heart. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light
