Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slgihtly cooler in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is very minor wear to all four corner tips and a tiny nail protrusion beneath the top right corner on the right extreme edge. There is very slight canvas draw in the top two corners and in a few places along the extreme vertical edges. There are a few minor surface imperfections throughout, including a minute canvas protrusion to the centre of the top right quadrant, a light rub mark beneath the centre of the top edge, and a few fine hairline cracks in the top left hand corner. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light
