Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is deeper and richer in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is very slight wear in the lower left corner and in places to the left edge. There are three pale light rub marks at the centre of the lower edge and a further faint rub to the lower right corner. There are a few minute losses to several of the impasto peaks in a few isolated places. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
