The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is warmer in the original with greater contrast overall.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There is wear to all four corners and in places along all four extreme edges with some associated losses. There is a light layer of dust fibres and dirt adhering to the surface in places throughout, most notably in the top right quadrant. There is light canvas draw in the top right hand corner. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
