Three Chinese Export Armorial Teabowls and Saucers Circa 1750-1760

comprising: a teabowl and saucer with the arms of Burgoine; another teabowl and saucer with the arms of Tuite; a saucer with the arms of Wilson; and a teabowl with the arms of Fletcher impaling Harman.

Fletcher: The saucer has a 1 ¼ inch haircrack to the rim at 2 o’clock. The teabowl has a 2 inch crack running from the rim to the foot down the side of the coat of arms; there is a small chip where the crack begins. Burgundy: The saucer has a 2 inch crack to the rim at 10 o’clock. The teabowl has 1 ½ inch crack and a 3 /4 inch crack to the rim and two ¼ inch restored rim chips, one issuing a one inch crack. Tuite: The saucer has wear to the enamels and the gilt rim; there is a less than 1/8 inch chip to the exterior rim. The teacup has at least 4 restored cracks running down from the rim, covered by restoration.
