There is a restored crack running from the rim at 10 o'clock across the upper part of the center of the plate through the helmet crest and into the footrim on the opposite side. The crack was previously riveted and now has a museum type restoration with small amounts of inpainting on the front but is extensively sprayed on the underside. There is some minor stacking wear to the enamels, particularly noticeable as a worn area across the center of the tree crest.
