Churchdale Farm, Ashford-in-the-Water, Derbyshire was originally part of the Chatsworth Estate and the home farm for Churchdale Hall, used by the family as its residence during the Second World War. It was sold following the death of Edward William Spencer Cavendish, 10th Duke of Devonshire (1895–1950).
