Ordered by William Spencer Cavendish, 6th Duke of Devonshire (1790-1858) probably for The Bachelor Wing, Chatsworth, created by Sir Jeffry Wyatville in the 1820s
Condition
Country house condition, ingrained dirt and some fragmentation to the sides and separations to the joints. Would make splendid front doors.
