Condition

Very good condition with surface dirt and stains. Some minor chipping to the outer edges.

This panel relates closely to a polished Ashford marble example positioned at the front of the cistern beneath the bas-relief of Diana Bathing in the Grotto Room, Chatsworth created for the 1st Duke.
