- vegetable dish: 35cm. over handles; 13¾in.
circular, bun feet, turned wood handles; together wth a similar pair, smaller, on turned wood bun feet; also a Sheffield plate entrée dish and cover, engraved with the Devonshire crest, ivory finial, the last damaged, not illustrated (8)
Condition
The Garrards examples numbered 1-4, two with loose handles, one handle part detached, the bases with old solder repairs to handles and seams; one of the smaller pair has loose handles and old solder repairs at handles visible on interior, each foot slightly sunken inwards, base possibly re-plated; vegetable dish with splits, wear and old solder repairs, in poor condition
