George II carved and white painted dado rail circa 1735, the design attributed to William Kent

in twelve sections, with a running egg and dart border, some of curved form

Good overall condition with chipping and wear to the decoration throughout, aswell as a build of dust. Three of the smaller sections are slightly curved. A few old wood worm holes throughout and some seperations. Some of the "shelves" to the top of the dado rails are missing.
