Description

  • 248cm. high, 152cm. wide; 8ft., 5ft.
parcel gilt heightened, each with acanthus, line and bead and reel decoration and terminating in skirting board blocks, the principal components with printed label for Holland & Hannen and Cubitts Ltd, 258 Grays Inn Road, W.C.L and by hand one set marked Drawing Room outside Doorway / Fireplace wall and the other set marked Outside Boudoir, one skirting block lacking (9)

Condition

Fair condition, with chips and losses to the painted decoration throughout. Two sections have split lengthways with further chips and fragmentations to the area. Minor chips and marks throughout.
