- papier mache and mother of pearl
- 36cm. long; 1ft. 2½in.
four, with two lidded cut glass ink bottles and the shaped ends inlaid with Ducal Coronet, The Garter and Cavendish crest in silver wire, raised on four bun feet, losses and damage (4)

Condition
Fair condition. All the trays have surface cracks, minor chipping and stains. One of the trays has larger chips and two breaks near the joints. This tray also has a detached but present foot. Another tray is missing a foot. Another tray is missing the lid to its nib tray. One of the bottles is missing its lid and another has a broken lid. Another lid is missing most of its Mother of Pearl handle.
