A set of large red deer antlers, preserved by Roland Ward and mounted on an oak shield dated 1905

of sixteen points, the shield mounted with a ivorine plaque which reads, March 23rd 1905, weight 19lbs, 5 years old, antlers later gold painted

There are many chips and loses to the later gold painted decoration. The skull has some cracks and some loses. The oak mount is split and would benefit from a clean.
