Condition

Pile ranges from approximately 1/5 of an inch to low to knotheads. Partially oxidized dark browns, scattered foldwear. Small 1 inch by 1 inch reweave in top medallion. Some further scattered irregular reweave and repiling around central medallion. Scattered repiling. Rewoven upper end guard border, both ends now secured with a cross-stitch. Sides with abrasions and losses to selvedges. Lustrous wool, generally good pile, good overall condition.
