Condition

Pile ranges from approximately 1/10 of an inch to low to knotheads. Oxidized dark browns. Minor 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch area of moth damage in upper right corner. Ends complete with original flatwoven finishes. Sides with losses and fraying to partial goat hair selvages with partial red wool overcasting, recommend securing. Supple handle, sound fabric and condition, will enhance with minor restoration to sides. Please note that a license may be required to export textiles, rugs and carpets of Iranian origin from the United States. Clients should enquire with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regarding export requirements. Pease check with the Carpet department if you are uncertain as to whether a lot is subject to this restriction or if you need assistance with such enquiries
