Pile generally closely sheared 1/0 inch with areas of foldwear and minor moth damage low to knotheads and spot foundation; a few visible warp ties. Repaired 5 inch slit at center of carpet. Small hole at upper end of field with 1/2 x 1 inch attendant reweave. Similar small reweave on upper end. Sides later overcast with minor fraying, mostly on right side. Ends missing outer guard stripes, now secured with blanket stitch. Please note that a license may be required to export textiles, rugs and carpets of Iranian origin from the United States. Clients should enquire with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regarding export requirements.
