Condition

Pile generally good, near original 1/6 inch with dark browns oxidized to 1/10 inch. Sides with original 2 cord red wool selvages. Lower end with original flatwoven end finish. Upper end also with original 1/4 inch kilim end; now with hanging sleeve sewn to reverse. Label sewn to reverse, reading "no. 1, Nov. 1965, Asia Minor scatter Kersheir, Vojtech Blau Rugs and Tapestries" Supple handle, good overall condition.
