Catalogue Note

Number 10 of only 25 copies of this magnificent contemporary interpretation of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, which was three years in the making.  Renowned Argentinian artist Alicia Scavino died in 2006 before the project could be completed.  As a result, the final two chapter lack illustrations.  After Scavino's death, another artist, Facundo Alí, completed the hand coloring on the vignettes and designed and executed the striking pictorial wrappers.

This scarce edition constitutes one of the most sought-after artists' books produced so far in the 21st century.
