de forme légèrement évasée sur un court pied droit, à décor d'un pommier en fleurs, symbolisant le cinquième mois du calendrier lunaire, poussant entre les touffes d'herbe et les rochers et d'une inscription Qingxiang he suyu, jiase chu qingyan (après le parfum de la pluie du soir, le soleil levant exalte la beauté des fleurs perlées de rosée), marque Daoguang à six caractères en cachet bleu sous couverte à la base

The twelve months decoration does exist since the Kangxi period, each month is symbolized by a flower, three Kangxi wine "months" cups are illustrated in La splendeur du feu, Chefs d'oeuvre de la porcelaine chinoise de Jingdezhen du XIIe au XVIIIe siècle, Paris,  2004, ill. 23, p. 108 ; a similar Daoguang mark and period wine cup was sold in our London rooms, 16 May 2007, lot 525.
