Description

le col légèrement cintré agrémenté d'anses en forme de dragons archaïsants, à décor de rinceaux de lotus feuillagés

Condition

With the exception of a visible V-shaped repair to the rim; which appears to have been a clean break (approx. 4.5cm wide by 4cm deep), and associated restoration of two 1cm sections of the break to the top of the rim; an associated 3cm hairline crack further extending down the neck; four flakes to the glaze at the rim (3cm, 0.5cm, and two pin head-size); repair to both handles, which appear to have been clean breaks; tiny flakes to the inner edges of the handles; very minor overall glazing impurities and light overall scratching, this vase is in very good condition.
