de forme caractéristique tripode avec une anse sur le côté, à décor de grues en vol dans les nuages et de rinceaux, le plateau circulaire avec un centre surélevé supporté par quatre pieds, à décor identique de nuages, grues et vagues tumultueuses, marque en cachet Qianlong sur la verseuse et la base du support
Condition
Jue: with the exception of repair to one entire finial, a C-shaped repair to the spout (approx. 5cm) which appears to have been a clean break; an approx. 1cm restoration of a rim chip to rear; a 3mm frit to the base of the interior; and two pin head-size glazing impurities to the interior; six pin head-size iron spots to the base and surrounding areas; three pin head-size spur marks to the base; and very minor surface scratching to the interior, this piece is in good condition.
Stand: The stand is in good condition with the exception of repair to one C-shape rim chip (approx. 13mm) and a 5mm rim flake; a 9cm hairline crack to the base that is visible from the top; an intentional 2mm inverted V-shape incision and glaze gaps in each crevice; a 2mm piece of porcelain adhered to the foot; a V-shape potting imperfection to the exterior of the rim; light glazing imperfections to the edges of the rim; a pin head-size glaze bubble and eight pin head-size spur marks to the base; light rubbing to the glaze where to feet of the jue meet the stand; and very minor scratches to the surface.
Please note that the jue and stand are of a more greyish-blue colour than illustrated in the catalogue.
