Description
représentant les serviteurs du dieu de la guerre Guandi, Guanping tenant le cachet de son maître dans un coffret, et Zhoucang qui tenait à l'origine une hallebarde, debout et vêtus d'armures finement ciselées
Condition
Some wear to the edges, light scratches and pitting to the gilding of each (as showing on the illustration in the catalogue), the left side of the rear head crown of Guanping is slightly bent forward (visible on the illustration), Zhoucang is missing the halberd that he was originally holding in his left hand, some green oxidization in the interstice of the carving but overall the two figures are in good condition. The wood stands have a few chips.
