le fangding décoré sur chaque face d'un masque de Taotie vert pâle sur fond turquoise, le couvercle en bois, le ding tripode, le pourtour orné de rinceaux de lotus, chacun portant une marque incisée Qianlong à la base

Condition
The Ding has a restoration with later added gilt to the handles and inside the rim, and discolouration of the enamels to the base due to possible oxidisation of the bronze. The Fangding with some losses of enamels on the four edges (partly visible on the illustration); small loss to the blue enamel below the neck which has been filled with coloured wax, three small dents to the outside edge of the gilt rim, some wear and light scratches to the gilding beneath the feet and each side of the incised mark. The wood cover lost its knob (visible on the photo).
