Description

le pourtour à décor d'une falaise montagneuse traversée de nuages et plantée de pins, des pagodes au loin, certains des arbres et une section détachée de la paroi rocheuse formant l'anse, la cime du plus haut pin débordant à l'intérieur, sur un socle original en bois noir sculpté d'un entrelacs de fleurs et de feuilles de lotus

Collection particulière française, acquise à Paris par le père de l'actuelle propriétaire entre1925 et 1935.

Condition

With the exception of two age cracks to the rim (approx. 12mm each); a 7mm loss of a branch to the rim; the loss of the right end and post of the hut; the loss of a small section of pine leaves to the right side as illustrated in the catalogue; the loss of a 15MM vertical strip beside the hut; and a 3mm scratch to the base of the foot, this piece is in very good condition. Please note that the colour of the cup is a slightly deeper tone than illustrated in the catalogue.
