Description

Condition

A few old calcified dents to the bottom edge of the figure ; a shallow chip to the lower edge of the robe of the figure to the reverse (2,5cm) ; there is a small hole pierced in front of his robe just below the tip of the beard (showing on the illustation) ; two other small holes drilled vertically behind the head (possibly to fix the piece on a wall) and further polished on the surface ; a few parallel lines incised to the reverse may be possibly original ; two larger holes (4mm) drilled below the figure probably to fit it on ; the carved wood stand is in good condition.
