Description
la panse piriforme sur un haut pied évasé, surmontée d'un haut col avec une anse arrondie et un bec verseur en 'S', chaque face à décor rouge de fer et or d'un lotus au centre de nuages stylisés entouré de clématites
Condition
There is a hardly visible restoration to the top of the loop handle (the initial break extending onto a 5 x 3 cm V-shape section of the neck), and to its bottom where the handle joins with the body. The iron red is lightly rubbed in places, a few glaze gaps and minor iron spots, otherwise the ewer is in good condition.
