Description
- mahogany gilt-bronze
- 302cm. high, 140cm. wide, 38cm. deep; 9ft. 10¾in., 4ft. 7in., 1ft. 3in.
with gilt-metal grilles to each door, together with a fine modern mahogany copy (2)
Condition
Both bookcases in excellent condition.
The antique example has been repolished and restored and the grilles are later and probably date from the time the other bookcase was made to match. Possibly glazed originally.
The reproduction is an excellent copy.
Both have minor scuffs to each side and some minor dents to each cornice,
