of shallow rounded form with gently sloping rim, painted with underglaze cobalt blue and turquoise with a central stem issuing a composite trefoil flanked by scrolling branches with floral sprays, the rim with rosette zigzag and foliate bands, the reverse with four scrolls and foliate rim
