Description

of deep rounded form decorated in underglaze cobalt blue, the well with a large lotus palmette issuing tendrils of saz and palmette, the cavetto with chinoiserie bouquets, rim with breaking wave motif, the reverse with alternating palmette and floral rosettes

in good condition, glaze abrasion to rim, minor abrasions, small areas of glaze cracquelure, as viewed
