Condition
This work is in very good condition. There are few minor and unobtrusive craquelures. Under UV light are visible two tiny retouching by the upper right corner and towards the center of the upper margin. Colours are warmer compared to the catalogue illustration.

"Se mi domandano quanto tempo mi ci vuole per dipingere una tela, non saprei. Spesso entro nel mio atelier, in effetti ci vado praticamente ogni giorno, apro la porta e la chiudo, non posso fare nulla. Ma quando funziona, il tempo non conta più, posso uscirne dieci ore, anche venti ore dopo, ma in uno stato diverso".
