Standing on a rectangular base with his weight on the right leg, holding a fragmentary staff or scepter in his raised left hand and a thunderbolt(?) in his right hand, and wearing a cloak wrapped around his waist and draped over his left shoulder, the face with thick beard and mustache, the hair swept up above the forehead and surmounted by a wreath of leaves.

Leaves of wreath chipped above forehead, tip of nose abraded, small part of scepter preserved below left hand, surface somewhat worn.
