Condition

The Wyllie Family on the Beach: The colours have remained well preserved, although there may have been some very minor fading to the blue sky. There is a small area of skilful restoration located at the centre of the composition. The sheet has been laid down. The Artist's sons on the lawn, Hoo Lodge: The colours have remained fresh and strong. There is some scattered minor foxing which can be seen in the upper half of the composition. The work has not been laid down. A Yacht Race: The colours are clear, however they have faded very slightly. Located within the sky there are several areas of skilful restoration, these can only be seen on very close inspection. The work has not been laid down.
