built by J.H. Coulter, Porthcawl with external details including twin outside cylinders with draincocks and levers, displacement lubricators, sanding boxes and pipes, oil boxes and pipes, brake gear, fine pipework, some cab and backhead fittings, wooden cab floor, lamps, steps and hand irons and other details, finished in finely lined London & South Western Railway livery and lining. Display track with brass plate engraved "LSWR Class "415" (Adams Radial) circa 1885 working model built by J.H. Coulter Porthcawl"
