Condition
SURFACE: in fairly good condition, but hard to see through very dirty surface; two small series of vertical scratches--one starts at lower edge, center (about 3 scratches) and go up and diagonally about 3 1/2 in.--the other at left (just to the right of the signature/date), start at lower edge and are about 2 1/2 in. long (also 3 scratches); small loss at left edge, just below center ; scattered darkish spots in sky may be old restorations; could use a cleaning UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: hard to see through dark pigments and dirt--there is definitely restoration to sky, probably quite a bit; can't tell at all about lower half of picture
