SURFACE: in generally good condition; several scattered darkish spots in background look like old repaints UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: hard to see through old varnish and dark pigments--there are definitely scattered small spots of inpaint throughout background (hard to tell how much); fruit, flowers look clean as far as one can see--just a few scattered dots of repaints
