globulaire sur un court pied légèrement évasé, agrémentées d'anses en forme de tête de lion, le pourtour à décor continue d'une grande scène lacustre avec personnages engagés dans diverses activité, complexe de pagodes et formations rocheuses, sous une double frise de grecques et de ruyi surmontée d'un bandeau de bambous, le rebord plat orné de paysages dans des cartouches lobées sur un fond de croisillons
Condition
Both fish-bowls are overall in good condition with the exception of one that has an original firing fault to the footrim, with two radiant cracks extending from the base (5cm each, visible on the catalogue illustration) ; expected burst air bubbles ; glaze gaps and pitting inside ; iron spots to the glaze ; the actual tone of the blue is a fraction darker than the illustration would suggest in the catalogue.
