of rectangular form, the concave cornice centered by a panel painted with putti above a rectangular mirror plate above a painted rectangular panel centered by a convex circular mirror within foliate a foliate border the whole flanked by reeded columns with Corinthian capitals and decorated with ribbon swags.
Condition
Overall good restored condition; later-gilding; the painted panel with restoration and inpainting; the ebonized decoration re-decorated; chips and losses to gilding especially to the reeded columns and with some losses to the ribbons; loss to top right corner of circular molding; chips and losses to gilding to the columns and to wreath of lower section; the convex circular mirror plate to lower section with crystallization and with some pitting and minor losses to silvering; the large rectangular mirror plate appears to be replaced.
