Description

  • cup marked below rim, base with scratch weight 18-19; waiter marked on underside
  • silver
  • height of cup 5 1/8 in., diameter of waiter 7 1/4 in.
  • 13cm, 18.4cm
the cup with applied with molded mid-rib below an engraved sitting cat crest, supported on  a stepped dome foot, and with leaf-capped double-scroll handles; the waiter shaped circular, the gadroon rim with shells and lobes at intervals, raised on three scroll feet
