of rectangular boat form with gadrooned rim, the surface fitted with two partially gadrooned tall wells for a inkwell and sander, and engraved in the center with the Royal arms under a tall handle raised on four supports, the handles applied with large acanthus terminating in scrolls and engraved, all supported on four scroll and leaf supports
